You receive the complete documentation via WhatsApp: 60-80 high-resolution photos from all areas of the vehicle plus 4-5 detailed videos. The videos are so detailed that they speak for themselves.

Usually 4-5 videos of 2-6 minutes each are included. The videos show: paint thickness measurement, fault code readout, test drive, interior check, exterior/body check, engine bay inspection, and accident-area and repaint inspection. Our on-site team is meticulous and finds even the smallest scratch that would be overlooked during a normal inspection in Germany.

We rely on visual documentation rather than paperwork. The extensive photos and videos show the vehicle's condition more meaningfully than any written report. Of course we are always available for questions.

No, the €99 check fee is not refunded since the inspection service was rendered. The check is designed precisely to uncover defects before purchase - that is its value to you.

Yes! If the vehicle is purchased after the check, the check fee is deducted from the vehicle price.

Yes, where local conditions allow, we perform a test drive and document it on video. This way you can assess the driving behavior and any noises yourself.

Yes, let us know before the check if you want certain areas inspected particularly closely. We are happy to accommodate your wishes.

The check includes: paint coating measurement, body and accident inspection (hinges, screws, weld seams), engine bay inspection, interior check, trunk, all documents and type plates. Everything is photographed and filmed.

The process is simple: you choose a vehicle from our catalog, we have it inspected on-site (vehicle check), and after your decision to buy we take care of the import to Rotterdam. From there we offer additional services such as delivery to Germany and TÜV approval.

In theory you can import any car - but you should check the costs carefully beforehand. Some vehicles require a lab emissions test at TÜV in Germany, for example some newer Porsche models. This lab test can cost several thousand euros. We recommend clarifying this in advance yourself - of course we are happy to support you.

Delivery time to Rotterdam is usually 7-10 weeks from purchase confirmation. This includes pickup in Korea and sea transport. For onward delivery to Germany and TÜV approval, allow an additional 1-2 weeks.

A personal inspection on-site in Korea is not practical. That's why we offer our comprehensive vehicle check: an inspector examines the vehicle on-site, prepares a detailed report with photos, and gives a buying recommendation.

No problem. The vehicle check is non-binding. If the report reveals defects or you change your mind, no further costs arise. The check fee is not refunded since the service was rendered.

Yes! So far nothing has ever happened, because our on-site staff professionally wraps and securely fastens the vehicles - that's their daily business. In addition, we have the loading process documented with quality assurance such as photos and videos. In the unlikely event that something does happen, we are there for you.

We guarantee that the vehicle arrives in the condition documented during the check. For container shipping, the vehicle is wrapped in protective film. Upon arrival in Germany, adhesive residue may still be on the body. We do not remove these by default - but we are happy to do this for you on request.

After purchase you will receive a tracking link for the container transport. You can use it to track the delivery on various tracking sites - similar to a postal shipment tracker.

An accelerated delivery is unfortunately not possible at the moment. Delivery time is 7-10 weeks from purchase confirmation.

The displayed catalog price includes: vehicle price, shipping to Rotterdam, and customs clearance. Additional services such as delivery to Germany, TÜV approval, data sheet preparation, and coding are billed separately.

We offer a complete TÜV service: delivery from Rotterdam to Germany, data sheet preparation, TÜV approval, processing service, acceptance check, and on request removal of window film as well as coding (e.g. speedometer to km/h). Prices on request.

We accept bank transfer. Important: the vehicle will only be shipped from Korea after full (100%) payment. This is standard for Korean vehicle imports and protects all parties involved.

Yes, you can pick up the vehicle yourself in Rotterdam and organize the TÜV approval on your own. In this case you only pay the catalog price without any additional service fees.
